Derek Olds

Over the past decade, Derek has had the pleasure of working with many of his idols such as Prince, Oprah Winfrey, Dave Chappelle, Bone Thugs, Common, A Tribe Called Quest, Nick Jonas and Justin Bieber to name a few. Olds has produced and/or performed over 1500 live shows internationally and is presently planning his upcoming tour for his first solo release. He is currently an instructor at The Los Angeles Film & Recording School and has run the Celemony Melodyne booths at NAMM, AES, IMSTA, and the Grammy P&E party for the past seven years. His rigorous charity and performance schedules over the past decade have spread his influence and music over 5 continents in almost every genre. Olds is proud to sit on the board of The Heart of Job Foundation, and support youth through music education.

Crysta Bryan

Crysta Bryan is a US Air Force veteran, songwriter, and electronic music enthusiast. In 2016 Bryan relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her degree in Entertainment Business and establish herself in the music industry. Today she is the Events Manager and Media Relations Strategist at Westlake Pro and specializes in music marketing. She works with industry professionals and music manufacturers to create content and manage events that bring the Los Angeles and Nashville music communities together. She also works with the Heart of Job Foundation as a Brand Relations and Communications Manager, planning events and working with music manufacturers to give back to underserved youth in Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

Fernando Flores

Fernando Flores was born in Tijuana, Mexico. He migrated North with his parents to look for a better opportunity in life. Growing up in Echo Park and moving to Compton at the age of 15 he learned the diversity Los Angeles culture has to offer. Attending Lynwood High School, he played football and managed to be involved in the Yearbook staff all 4 years. He was a natural getting involved in video production and in advanced photography. That earned him a partial scholarship to The Arts Institute in Santa Monica, yet due to his father being the only provider to the family of 6 he decided to help him provide as well. At 18 years old he took a job offloading semi-trucks full of meat products at the meat district in the City of Vernon. That’s where he learned that life is not handed to you and that hard work pays off and is now committed to working and empowering himself and those around him. He works at the Heart of JOB Foundation to help inspire kids to reach their dreams. As a coordinator and member of the board he brings production experience like being CEO of Ceviche Rumble Festival, and working closely with Comedians like Paul Rodriguez, Noel G and many more, and is Executive Producer for Sam’s Cry an Independent Film.
